Come and see us at the Shenley Community Fair on Thursday 25th February from 6.30pm.

Many of you will know that it was decided over a year ago that the 40 mph speed limit along Shenleybury would be extended to beyond the junction of Farm Close going towards Bell Lane.  Now 14 month later this has not happened and Hertfordshire Highways cannot or will not tell us why.

This is a disgrace and the continued failure of Highways to carry out this simple task continues to put the children of Clore Shalom School in unnecessary danger.  It also endangers the children of Shenley JMI who walk to the Clore Shalom School for their Shared Futures Project and anyone else who uses this stretch of road.

Please feel free to email the Highways department to express your feeling about this appalling situation -
